To develop a website that the students can relate to for public transport security, we had held focus group discussions with various primary and secondary schools to obtain their feedback. During the sessions, the students also got a chance to surf the website to check out its contents. The discussions were engaging and fruitful as the students were forthcoming in giving their comments on the website design and their preferences for the games and contests. They also gave feedback that they liked the interactive nature of the website. The comments given were very useful in the development of the website.
